Welcome to QKA Bills Backers. These Terms of Service govern your use of our online store, website, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

3. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment is processed and we send confirmation. We may cancel or modify an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or other legitimate reasons; if we do, we will attempt to notify you and issue any refund due. Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide valid billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use the Services only for lawful personal purposes. You may not misuse the Services, violate applicable law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, transmit malicious code, scrape or interfere with the Services, submit false information, impersonate another person, or attempt to bypass security features. 9. SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services. Purchases are made directly from QKA Bills Backers, not Shopify. To the extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and QKA Bills Backers or for products purchased from us.
10. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Because Shopify hosts our store, Shopify also processes information to provide and improve its services. Shopify’s relevant privacy terms are available on Shopify’s website.
11. FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily submit reviews, ideas, or other feedback, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that feedback for operating and promoting the Services.
12. ERRORS AND CHANGES
We may correct errors or omissions in product information, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability and may update information or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind except warranties expressly provided by us or required by law.
